Dustyn is the founder of Everlead and a leadership advisor with seven years of C-suite experience. He currently leads an Oxford-backed social venture, and he previously led a national industry association. Dustyn has delivered guest lectures at universities across Canada, and has been quoted by The Globe and Mail, Bloomberg, and Reuters.
Dustyn founded Everlead after struggling to find practical leadership training for his own teams. Too often, university programs are overly theoretical, and most leadership courses are taught by people who have never led an organization.
He is building Everlead to offer something different: applied leadership development designed by someone who has actually done the job – and knows firsthand what it takes to grow from high-performing individual contributor to trusted, strategic leader.
